When the support from family and friends isn’t enough, seeking professional counseling can make a significant difference. Anxiety, stress, and chronic illnesses can take a toll on our mental well-being, leading to feelings of depression and making life more challenging than necessary. About Me: I am a dedicated counselor with a passion for helping individuals find their balance, strength, and purpose, with a Master of Social Work degree from Washington University earned in 2004.

My experience spans across various mental health conditions, including depression, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders such as BPD. I believe in establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships with my clients and utilizing evidence-based interventions to facilitate their growth and healing.

I am dedicated to serving diverse communities, including the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, and other marginalized groups. I provide a humanistic, person-centered approach that focuses on helping individuals discover their true identity and cultivate hope for the future.

Levi has a strong passion of working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community in and out of the therapist office. Levi has volunteer experiencing to support community outreach events such as AIDS Walk and KC Pride, while also being a member of the KC LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.

Alex has special interests in hepatitis C treatment, transgender care, STI counseling and treatment, LGBTQIA+ care, and HIV PrEP care. Alex approaches medicine using a holistic approach. Holistic health is an approach to life that considers multidimensional aspects of wellness. It encourages medical providers to recognize the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual.
